These terms govern use of SFC Deal Tracker (“the application”), an internal system provided by SFC Global Commodity Pvt Ltd to its authorised team members. By signing in you agree to these terms.

1. Authorised use

Access is granted to named employees and contractors only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Accounts are provisioned and revoked by an administrator.

2. Acceptable use

Enter accurate business data; do not falsify deals, payments, or documents.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access data outside your role, or probe the system for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
Do not upload malware or content unrelated to SFC's trade operations.

3. Data ownership

All business records entered into the application are the property of SFC Global Commodity Pvt Ltd. Activity is audit-logged. The company may review logs for security and compliance.

4. Availability & disclaimer

The application is provided on an “as-is” basis for internal operational support. Generated documents (sales confirmations, invoices) are drafts that must be reviewed before being relied upon commercially. The company is not liable for losses arising from data-entry errors or reliance on unverified output.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated as the application evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
